Raghad Aljughaiman
Hey there! I’m Raghad, a career development expert on a mission to help people like you land their dream job in today’s market – without traditional experience and without endlessly applying online. Back in 2014, I was in a tough spot. I had just graduated from KSU with a business degree and landed a semi government job for an average salary. I soon realized the impactful role of consulting firms in the Kingdom I needed to be a consultant. I did, becoming the only Saudi Female Business Analyst at Mckinsey – during my time. I didn’t study abroad or have any relevant international experience. The distance travelled to this role taught me so much. First rejected for the role, I took a different route through Mckinsey’s knowledge track determined to build my consulting toolkit and transition to the management consulting track. Such shifts are not common at the firm. So, I had to figure it out as I was going through it. After three years, I felt that I learned what I wanted to learn from consulting and was ready to take the next step. I landed offers in the UAE and KSA, choosing UAE as it gave me the opportunity to build on my personal and professional experience.
I didn’t get there by following the traditional path. I have seen first-hand the impact of our mindset and social support system in furthering people’s prospects.
I’ve turned this experience into a professional development system. And now, I want to share this system with you. I want to help you stand out and showcase your unique strengths and skills. Whether you’re struggling to get your foot in the door or you’re simply tired of the endless online application process, I’m here to help.
